Because there's so many that I'd be sure to miss a couple, I just want to thank everyone for the birthday wishes. Everyone who commented on my profile, who sent theirs through Discord, and that one person who sent theirs through notes. I know I've been a bit quieter than other years, mainly due to trying to manage my mental health and attempting to understand myself better, but this has certainly been a bright moment in my year.

I've seen a couple of instances of musicians incorporating magic acts into their routine, and got the idea that maybe there could be an appeal for a pop group made up of magicians and assistants. I know there are a number of "assistant" personas on DA, and there should be enough to build up one. Maybe all of them together in some sort of mega-group like you see in J-Pop and K-Pop.

Unfortunately I'm not too well versed in such music, so I can't create an accurate portrayal of such a thing. Especially picking out personality types and applying them to individuals, or designing outfits that suit the groups you see. So maybe I can get you all to help with this.

So if you are or know of a magician or assistant-themed character that would fit right at home in one of these pop groups, let me know. And what they would wear, and what role they would be in it. Maybe, if there's enough interest and detail, it could be a thing... at least in concept.

Random question: when you think of someone going to pieces, how do imagine the sensation? Both of separating/reattaching, and of the stump when it's touched or interacted with (both third- and first-person sensations)?

I understand I've kept things broad, but I don't want to accidentally shape your answer. Though let me know of the general details: I know a good number of people (myself included) just think of skin-capped stumps, but there are of course many other types and methods of separating people into pieces.

Excuse any inconsistencies with colour recently, I've been trying to make my monitor's colours just right. Surprisingly, it's a real challenge, between settings reverting on me and guides not quite getting that correct result.

I'm tempted to get one of those colour calibration devices, just to get this over and done with, but that's at least $100, and I seriously doubt I'd be able to rent one near here.

I'm starting to draw once again, trying to pace myself so it can become a bit more of a habit, so why not do something that's more than likely going to leave me flooded and overwhelmed with requests?

On my Tumblr page ([link]), I've opened up my askbox, so anyone can ask questions or send suggestions for my characters, or just my interests in NBM, contortion, and TF. Or anything in general, in fact. I'll be responding there, maybe try and do some sketches, and any artworks that come out of it will be shared in my other galleries (here, FurAffinity, Twitter) too.

I do recommend, however, that you try not to demand requests, or expect results. I'll do my best to respond, but not every ask will be drawn, and not every suggestion will be used... mostly just because I won't be able to keep up. But if you think you have an idea, feel free to send it my way.
