Quartered Cheststand

Alongside her skin colour and backstory, one of the bigger changes to Penny is her flexibility. Before, she was only capable of a mild backbend and the splits, but now with help from Kelly over the last few years, she's what she considers in the range of "Contortion-level" flexibility. This includes a square cheststand, 200º front splits and 190º side splits, and locking her shoulders behind her knees in a frontbend.

Thankfully she can hold it for long enough to pull off a trick like this.
